Easy to Maintain

Massive wood is hard to upkeep. Wood needs to be sandpapered, oiled, and varnished once a year. If these are not all performed, the wood will then get mold, fungus, infestation, cracking, discoloration, etc. problems. Lumelegna is easy to care for. Just 1 coat of sandpaper and varnish application every 3 years is sufficient to protect the product.

Flexible

Our products can be shaped by heat or pressure, milled and cut through either laser or CNC, and provide many advantages for the advertising and furniture industry.

Conductive

Unlike many materials such as wood, metal, aluminum, etc., our wooden panels provide electrical conductivity up to certain thicknesses. Assuming that many products will be wireless in the future, these panels can be foreseen to be a highly additive product for the construction, automotive, yacht, and furniture industries.

Fire Resistance

Our Lumelegna panels have fire resistance values of B,s1,d0 and are fire resistant and flameproof.Thanks to the chemical properties added to the product substrate, the composite material can be made inflammable, antibacterial or resistant to chemicals.

Customized

Thanks to the chemical properties contributed to the product's substrate, many features such as non-flammability, antibacterial effect, chemicals-resistance can be achieved of the composite material. Normally, Lumelegna is within the B1 flammability range, but this range can be improved up to the A2 class by adding some additives within the production stage.

Durable

Our products, featured non-breakable and cracking-resistant, are 200 times as break-resistant as glass.

Insulation

Polymer sheet, our sub-material, provides superior heat and sound isolation. It is used for acoustic insulation on the sides of highways and thermal isolation in greenhouses, as well.

Transparent

Lumelegna's greatest feature is its luminous transmission. The desired decorative image can be achieved thanks to the light source, placed behind the product which offers the world a new design concept and convenience of use. Shadow effects can be created by using the slab two-sided. The tissue and vein structure of the tree can be viewed. It can be used for advertising purposes by placing smart and/or touch panels such as RGB panels.

Sanitary

Solvent and its derivatives are not used at any stage of our composite production. Our products have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) values; therefore, they are appropriate for indoor use.

Sustainable

The products we use are biological and 100% recyclable; consequently, their production processes occur with the minimum carbon dioxide emission when compared with other architectural products.

Ecological

The usage of Lumelegna instead of solid wood products protects our forests that are currently being depleted due to forest fires and excessive wood consumption. Through Lumelegna, 98 trees out of 100 to be used are saved, thus one-to-one natural wood with a much longer lifespan is obtained. Besides, the natural wood being used is FSC certified.
